    If you enjoy cakes and desserts then you are in for a real treat. Here at Le Sud Pâtisserie we make a variety of cakes, macaron’s, cupcakes and tarts. All our products are handmade and freshly baked to order. We only use the finest coverture chocolate and fruit purees for our desserts. We also do gluten free and paleo options.


    We sell at the Britomart Farmers Market every Saturday and at the Clevedon Farmers Market on Sundays. All our baked goods are also available to be purchased on-line. Please drop us an email below if you have any questions or request.


    Sunita has been trained in traditional French baking techniques from the well renowned culinary institution, Le Cordon Bleu.


    Sunita had a career in Human Resources, which extended over ten years. She was left feeling that she needed to do more aside from work and home life. She enrolled in cake decorating classes and enjoyed her new hobby. An opportunity arose when she stumbled upon the Le Cordon Bleu stall at the Auckland Food show. In the following year, she enrolled to study pâtisserie and completed with a Diploma in Pâtisserie.


    Sunita is the Business Manager and the creative Director behind the cakes and pastries at Le Sud Pâtisserie. Her creations leave an everlasting taste and you are left wanting more.
