Cancellation Policy
Hey there, cake lovers! At Le Sud, we pour our heart into every cake, baking fresh and designing with care just for you. Because our creations are custom-made and oh-so-perishable, we've put together a few friendly guidelines regarding cancellations and returns.
All Sales Are Typically Final (With a Sweet Exception!)
Generally, once your cake order is placed and confirmed, it's a done deal. That's because we immediately start planning and often sourcing special ingredients or getting creative with design ideas just for your unique cake.
Need to Cancel? We Get It!
Life happens, and plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, here's how we can help:
Up to 3 Days Before: If you let us know at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date, we can offer a refund.
Partial Design Work or Products Purchased: Sometimes, even with 3 days' notice, we might have already started on design elements or purchased special ingredients specifically for your cake. In these cases, we'll refund 75% of your total payment. This helps cover the time and resources we've already invested in making your cake dreams a reality.
